Fundraiser Details:

Where?
 
Bulldog Stadium – Barstow and Cedar in Fresno. Between the north end of the Baseball diamond and Barstow in the tailgate (lawn) area of Bulldog Stadium. Look for bounce houses, etc – you can’t miss it.
 
What kind of work will we be doing?
 
Basically we will be manning stations for fans entering the stadium 4 hours prior to kickoff.  Most of the stations are games designed for kids to win a small prize.  There are two football throw stations where someone tries to throw a football to a target, a basketball station where you try to make as many hoops as you can in a small amount of time, a bounce house for kids, etc. All are fun games for fans prior to kickoff.
 
All stations do not require much physical activity and anybody can do it.  The work is very easy, it is simply manning booths to make sure the events run smoothly with some organization.
 
We need 12 volunteers for each game.   You may bring any friends and/or family to help out.  The CCLC asks each member to make at least 2 games and bring an additional person to help.
 
Why?
 
We will be given a stipend of $450 per game ($3,150 total for the season!). This is key fundraising money to go toward new equipment, jerseys, the 2010 Fresno Lacrosse Festival, etc. 
 
Everyone who participates gets a free ticket into the football game.  Food and water is also supplied for all volunteers. Purple lot parking passes will also be available.
 
The CCLC will also give the following incentives for the members who work the majority of the games:
 
 Incentives will be given to members who work 3 or more games
 
3 games worked = 2011 club T-shirt
4 games worked = 2011 club dues waived ($80 value) + a 2011 club T-shirt
5 games worked = 2011 Tahoe fees waived (~$40 value) + 2011 club dues waived ($80 value) + a 2011 club T-shirt
 
Please understand that this is our major fundraising opportunity of the year and an easy way to volunteer your time to help the club.  4 hours of your time will enable us to do some great things for lacrosse here in the valley. Please volunteer and help out the Central California Lacrosse Club!!!
